Christmas message from Marti to all of his
fans!
I just wanted to thank you all for giving me such huge support throughout
the year, from Witches of Eastwick to the Hyde Park Benny and Bjorn concert, to
the Concert Hall in Dublin, the release of the Chess in Concert dvd and all the
other concerts and events I've done this year, having your support is always so
important and has always touched me. We have an exciting year ahead which will
start off with the imminent launch of my new website and the tour of Chicago....
after that - you'll always be the first to know...

Sacred Flame and official website update!
Many of you will have received "event reminders" from Ticketmaster regarding
Sacred Flame on 28th December. The show HAS been postponed until sometime next
year. These reminders were set up automatically when tickets were purchased and
they should be ignored. The show's producer is working hard to arrange a date
that is suitable for everyone involved, that can be accommodated at the O2. I
know that everyone is waiting for the new date and I'm sure that we will be told
as soon as it has been settled.
Marti's official website should be launched soon! I have been told that it
is looking great and I'm sure that it will be worth the wait!
"Winter Across Her Brow" - the beautiful new song on
Marti Pellow Official
is taken from the acoustic album "King Of Yesterday". Release details are as yet
unknown.
People that already have tickets should contact the
O2 directly or
Ticketmaster. Tickets can be carried forward to the rescheduled date or
refunds will be given.
Marti's going back to
Chicago for 6 weeks only!! Don't miss the chance of seeing him back in the role

On 13th September, 2009,
Marti will be performing as part of the Thank You For The Music - a celebration
of Abba music at Hyde Park, London.
The show will be broadcast live on BBC Radio 2 from 6.30pm.
"Chess In Concert" featuring Marti as the Arbiter, was
shown in cinemas around the UK at the beginning of September to coincide with
its release on DVD and CD.
Marti's Sentimental Me gigs in Tenbury Wells were a great
success!!
Dublin gig announced!
On Saturday, 5th September, Marti will perform his
Sentimental Me set with The RTE Concert Orchestra at the National Concert Hall,
Dublin.
20/06/09 Marti appeared on "Saturday Night With Miriam"
on RTE 1 in Ireland.

Marti can be seen 15 minutes into the show when he performed "I've Got You Under
My Skin" brilliantly!! Very nice to see Jim Watson on piano!

performing for a 2nd night at the Regal Theatre, Tenbury Wells on Saturday, 27th
June!

cast of Witches Of Eastwick have just completed a hugely successful tour of the

Memphis, Tennessee!!!

This will be a Sentimental Me gig featuring the Jim Watson
Band. The Regal is a small, intimate theatre with only 250 seats so tickets will
sell VERY fast!

12/13th May - Marti appeared as The Arbiter in the 21st
Anniversary spectacular of Chess In Concert at the Royal Albert Hall, London.
There may be plans for this to be shown on the BBC in 2009.
